Practice Highlights
* 3-site small animal practice across Crieff, Fair City, and Auchterarder
* Team of 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 2 ACAs, and a dedicated reception team
* Advanced equipment including laparoscopy, ultrasonography, dental radiography (IM3), in‑house lab, radiography, and laser therapy
* Strong focus on CPD, with support for clinical development and specialisation
* Varied caseload including routine and complex medical and surgical cases
* Collaborative working culture with opportunities to mentor and influence junior colleagues
How You’ll Make a Difference
* Work a 40‑hour week across sites: Monday & Friday in Fair City, Wednesday & Thursday in Crieff (8:30 am – 7:00 pm)
* Provide clinical leadership across all three sites, ensuring high standards of care aligned with RCVS and best practice
* Lead clinical governance initiatives including audits, protocol development, and continuous improvement
* Mentor and support the development of veterinary colleagues, encouraging CPD and clinical progression
* Manage and support complex case workups and provide second opinions where required
* Collaborate with the Practice Director on clinical strategy, performance, and operational efficiency
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture

You Might Be a Great Fit If...
* A Veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS with significant experience in small animal practice, with advanced surgical and medical capability
* Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting veterinary colleagues
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
* Experience contributing to or leading clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
* The ability to manage clinical complaints and provide professional guidance in complex situations
