About the Role As our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager, you'll be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and best-in-class safety culture. You'll ensure all legal obligations are met while influencing at every level to embed HSE excellence across operations. What You'll Do Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with industry best practice. Lead risk assessments, COSHH programs, and safe systems of work. Act as the site technical expert for Health, Safety & Environment. Liaise with regulatory bodies (HSE, Environment Agency, Fire Service). Drive behavioural safety programmes and coach colleagues at all levels. Deliver Operational Excellence HSE roadmaps and continuous improvement plans. Monitor KPIs, accident statistics, and compliance audits (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001). What We're Looking For NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and IOSH membership. Environmental qualification (AIEMA desirable). Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Why Join Us?
