The Role
1. Lead and manage all Clinical Data Management deliverables for global trials (Phases I-IIIb).
2. Develop and implement risk-based strategies for data collection, cleaning, and quality assurance.
3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through comprehensive review and validation.
4. Represent Clinical Data Management on the Core Trial Team and serve as the main contact for data-related tasks.
5. Oversee the quality and submission readiness of clinical databases and data packages (e.g., CDISC).
You
6. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific or technical field, preferably in life sciences or data management.
7. Strong experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
8. Commitment to continuous learning and bringing fresh insights to drive innovation and process improvement.
9. Proven ability to lead and manage end-to-end data management activities and coordinate global teams in a matrix organization.
10. Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
