AXA Retail’s Customer Communications Team leads the delivery of customer-facing communications across all AXA Retail brands. The team monitors performance across digital channels, complaints, operations, claims, and journeys to ensure our communications are optimised at every touchpoint. We hypothesise, conduct AB tests, design messages, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deliver improvements that benefit both customers and the business. We act as the bridge between the CX and Comms teams and the wider organisation, coordinating content requests and dashboards to help the organisation become fluent in customer communications. In this role, you will translate business goals into measurable metrics and collect, analyse, and interpret data. You will deliver reports and dashboards with practical recommendations and present insights to influence journey and communications effectiveness. You will monitor key digital metrics and work within the CX and Comms team to deliver data-led, on-brand communications within agreed timelines, while maintaining data quality across the AXA Group customer pool and supporting targeted campaigns. What you’ll bring: Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio (Data Studio) for analytics and reporting Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data integration and campaigns Power BI and/or Tableau experience for dashboards and data visualisation Experience with Google Analytics data pipelines, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and PySpark (Python) Knowledge of SAS, IBM MDM, or similar Master Data Management tools and data governance fundamentals Demonstrated ability to process and analyse customer data and translate findings into actionable insights Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to present to senior audiences with a focus on data quality and compliance As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
