To be responsible for managing and delivering content to align with BCIS’s growth plans. You will produce compelling content that engages and influences audiences and prospects at each stage of their buying journey.
1. Produce timely and engaging content to help BCIS Products achieve financial targets.
2. Develop and publish all types of technical, data-driven, high-quality content, including quick reaction pieces, in-depth reports, interviews, and ghostwriting if required.
3. Contribute to customer insight and internal knowledge sharing processes.
4. Work with key stakeholders to analyze and assess the impact of content production.
5. Coordinate and monitor timelines for new content development initiatives.
6. Assist other stakeholders in enhancing copy and providing additional content.
7. Support the Sales Engagement Team with proofing, copy best practices, and the presentation/distribution of sales proposals.
8. Oversee the collation, management, and distribution of product case studies and testimonials.
9. Ensure brand consistency and legal compliance (e.g., copyright, data protection) across all commercial content.
10. Nurture relationships with PR agencies to build brand awareness.
11. Help develop and deliver BCIS’s commercial content strategy.
12. Achieve or exceed performance targets based on content influence and engagement KPIs (including leads and page conversions).
13. Define and implement best practice models across the marketing team.
14. Collaborate with wider teams for a consistent organization-wide approach to content and alignment.
15. Analyze, assess, and report on content impact.
16. Preferably hold a degree in creative writing, communication studies, journalism, or related fields.
17. Ability to produce data-driven technical information that is easily digestible.
18. Proven excellent writing skills and a track record of success.
19. Journalistic or PR background is advantageous.
20. Experience or knowledge of the construction sector or data is beneficial.
21. Strong research and investigative skills.
22. Ability to quickly understand complex topics and write engaging content to deadlines.
23. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
24. Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and project management experience.
25. Proven experience in planning and delivering content-led campaigns under tight deadlines.
26. Curious, creative, and innovative in generating new content ideas.
27. Passion or experience in the built environment sector is advantageous.
28. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills.
29. Ability to build networks, manage priorities, and maintain relationships internally and externally.
