About the Role:
We provide person-centred, trauma-informed, wellbeing-focused support. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you will deliver flexible support in the community to promote independence and tenancy sustainment.
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves supporting up to 5 semi-independent flats and our LaPorte service for unaccompanied young people, including working at Falkirk Hub as needed. The role requires a driver and willingness to add business insurance to your policy. You will work on a rota, including some weekends, for 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include:
* Providing intervention and support to new referrals and existing supported individuals
* Delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support
* Monitoring and evaluating progress using our SHARP tool to achieve positive outcomes
* Supporting transitions from supported accommodation to the community, helping develop tenancy and life skills

* Passion for helping people
* Ideally, 1 year of experience with vulnerable people, from personal, voluntary, or professional background
* Ability to adhere to SSSC codes of practice and standards
* Empathy and respect for individual rights
* Flexibility and ability to work alone
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications
* SVQ level 3 or above preferred
