The Sales Administrator Apprentice is responsible for assisting with the management of customer orders, providing support to the sales team, and assistance with maintaining sales systems to ensure smooth sales operations. They will also be responsible for liaising with other business support departments to achieve company goals.
Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
* Answering the telephone in a timely manner adhering to "White Hall Customer Service" guidelines
* Assisting with customer enquiries; passing the query onto the relevant salesperson
* Taking accurate messages
* Assisting with the process of customer orders (particularly around the delivery of product samples), providing accuracy and timely delivery
* Maintain and update customer records and sales databases as required

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
