The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to play a key role in driving the lettings business forward. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining lettings, client management, and letting valuations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Carrying out letting valuations and winning new instructions
* Generating new business and supporting branch growth
* Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
About You
* Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator (senior level preferred)
* Confident in conducting letting valuations and converting opportunities
* Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Well-organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* Full UK driving licence preferred
