Essential Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate internally to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes.
2. Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.

7. You will work closely with first-line stakeholders to develop compliance requirements that achieve business goals while balancing anti-bribery and corruption, ethics, and (to a lesser extent) reputational risk concerns.
8. You will be responsible for supporting the Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance program, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act (UKBA).
9. You will also be responsible for supporting the Ombuds & Ethics compliance program by ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements around whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, and conduct.
10. You will also be responsible for supporting the Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance program, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act (UKBA).
11. Finally, to a lesser degree, you will help support the management of our content compliance program, ensuring adherence to key regulations including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), the UK Online Safety Act (OSA), and other relevant content and platform regulations.

Your day-to-day

In your day-to-day role you will:

12. Develop and deliver ethics and ABC training programs for employees at all levels.
13. Provide advisory support to business units on ethics and ABC-related matters.
14. Monitor and review third-party relationships, including due diligence processes.
15. You will monitor the effectiveness of controls established for compliance with relevant policies under the Ombuds & Ethics program.
16. Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
17. Develop and implement content moderation policies and procedures aligned with DSA, OSA, and other relevant regulations, including notice-and-action mechanisms for illegal content and user appeals and transparency reports as required by regulations.
18. Engage in cross-functional crisis management protocols for high-risk content situations.
19. Coordinate with legal teams on content-related litigation and regulatory inquiries.

What do you need to bring

25. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
26. Practical experience dealing with higher-risk areas for bribery and corruption and basic understanding of ABC laws and regulations, including the FCPA and UKBA.
27. Proven track record in helping drive positive outcomes between compliance and business leaders.
28. Excellent project management skills, well organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
29. A high-level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility/flexibility, combined with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
30. Strong ability to inspire/foster an inclusive/diverse culture.
31. Demonstrated ability to build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
32. Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and clear manner.
33. Excellent ability to analyze risks in complex business processes and recommend controls to mitigate those risks.

Additional Considerations

34. Advantage if you have experience working with compliance policies and governance.
35. Advantage if you also have practical experience working with ethics concerns, including whistleblowing / speaking up, conflicts of interest, or conduct issues.
36. Advantage if you also have practical experience and knowledge of regulations dealing with user-generated content and content moderation, such as the EU DSA or the UK OSA.
