You will be the strategic partner to our CEO and Head of Operations, using your operational expertise to develop and execute a P&C strategy aligned with our growth. Key Responsibilities
As part of the executive team, you will own the People & Culture agenda, developing a holistic strategy that supports our business goals and fosters an inclusive, high-performing global culture.
Strategic & Cultural Leadership
* People Strategy: Define and implement a People Strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Culture & Values: Lead initiatives to embed and promote our cultural values as we scale.
* Mission & Vision: Communicate our mission, vision, and goals to our remote workforce.
* Employee Engagement: Launch and act on insights from our first employee engagement survey.
Talent & Performance
* Talent Acquisition: Develop a global hiring strategy, including an ATS.
* Learning & Development: Create a comprehensive L&D plan supporting growth and succession.
* Remuneration Philosophy: Establish a transparent, equitable global pay structure.
Operations & Foundations
* Employee Benefits: Analyze and enhance employee benefits.
* HR Operations & Technology: Strategize HR tech to automate and improve processes.
* People Analytics: Set up analytics to inform leadership decisions.
* Policy & Compliance: Ensure policies are compliant and communicate them effectively.
* Diversity & Inclusion: Implement D&I initiatives and meet reporting requirements.
