The Opportunity:
My client, a fast paced specialist service business are looking to recruit a proactive and motivated HR Advisor to join our supportive HR team initially on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of HR activities while helping to shape our people agenda during an exciting growth phase. As an experienced HR Advisor, you’ll be a key point of contact for managers across the business, providing first-line advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, settlements, and policy queries. This role offers a rare opportunity to gain fantastic exposure across a variety of HR initiatives and transformation projects, supporting our journey to strengthen culture, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with managers and employees, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive employee experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, close-knit HR team who will support your development and encourage you to make a real impact.
