· Your typical day as an Asset Management Assistant:
You will join a busy team of Asset Management Assistants, processing calls to buy and sell assets between brewers, in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Accurately updating records of calls, considering the financial implications of any actions for the company and its customers, ensuring clear details for audit purposes. You will record relevant data to ensure that the customer bar and inventory records are as accurate as possible. Liaising with other brewers to form professional relationships, exchanging and working with those brewers, you will also assist other departments within Innserve with general contractual rules and responsibilities. Varied ad hoc Asset Management administration work will also be part of your role as required.
You'll already have:
· Proven written and verbal communication skills.
· A willingness to make outbound calls to customers.
· Experience using computer packages including Excel.
· Team working skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· A high level of planning and organisational ability.
· Experience in a customer-focused role with a determination to deliver a positive customer experience.
· Experience of the licensed trade/hospitality is useful but not essential.
