What's involved with this role: Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Ref: Bournemouth 5280152 Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE Role length: Anticipated 4 - 5 months Working arrangements: Hybrid: mixture of working in the office, as required, and working remotely The role: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to provide high-quality support to customers regarding Blue Badge enquiries through both inbound telephone calls and email correspondence. You will need to have a professional telephone manner, experience of inbound contact centre work and experience in dealing with challenging customer behaviours. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy Respond to customer queries via email in a clear, timely, and helpful manner Manage challenging customer interactions with patience and resilience Maintain accurate records of all customer communications Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to organisational policies and standards What the client is looking for: A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills Experience of working in an inbound contact centre environment Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging customer behaviours Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player How to Apply: Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
