You will provide essential support for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons, ensuring the smooth preparation and safe delivery of practical experiments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for science lessons\n\nSupport teaching staff during practical sessions\n\nMaintain stock levels and ensure safe storage and disposal of chemicals\n\nAssist with the development of science lesson resources\n\nUphold health and safety standards in all lab activities\n\nEnsure the science labs are clean, well-organized, and fully equipped\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\nPrior experience working as a Science Technician in a UK secondary school\n\nStrong understanding of laboratory protocols and Health & Safety regulations\n\nConfidence in handling chemicals and preparing experiments across all three sciences\n\nRelevant qualifications or experience in a science-related field\n\nHold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one before starting\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nWork in a supportive, forward-thinking secondary school\n\nBe part of a collaborative and experienced science department\n\nExcellent transport links in and around Croydon\n\nOpportunity to make a real impact in science education\n\nIf you are interested in this position, Please could you call Scott Arbuckle at Remedy Education
