As our Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll be providing advice and guidance to all staff and officers, ensuring proactive measures are taken in support of health and wellbeing across Derbyshire Constabulary.
You'll be responsible for clinical advice, supervising assessments, and advising managers of any additional measures needed.
Salary:
from £58,000 pro rata
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team
* Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns
* Supporting the force to monitor and manage the provision of medical and occupational health interventions
What You’ll Need
* To be a registered nurse and hold a relevant Occupational Health qualification.
* Experience of working as a Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor
* Experience in delivering health promotion campaigns, clinical supervision, and governance

The OH and Wellbeing service was brought in-house in 2022 and has been promoting wellbeing initiatives and improving OH provision across the force.
