About the role
Support the team, take charge of day‑to‑day operations, and help hit performance goals while ensuring the team exceeds expectations.
Own the operations, atmosphere, and guest experience, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
What will you spend your time doing?
* Support like a leader. Assist in ownership of the restaurant, drive performance, hit goals, and maintain team morale.
* Help build a dream team. Train, coach, and motivate crew to meet and exceed standards.
* Hit those targets. Own KPIs, support the team, and ensure each shift delivers expectations.
* Keep everything running smooth. Manage rosters, stock, and behind‑the‑scenes administration.
* Make every guest feel special. Turn first‑timers into regulars with memorable experiences.
