£13.25 an hour - 40 hour week
Our client is an established sheet metal engineering company based in Redditch. Due to an increase in their order book, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator/Assembler to join their Fabrication Department.
The role is a permanent, full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to prove your exceptional fabrication skills and contribute to the production of high-quality components. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to be part of a dynamic team.
What you can expect:
* Hands-on fabrication work in a supportive, team-based environment.
* Using hand tools, drilling, tapping, deburring and most importantly, MIG & TIG Welding to fabricate and assemble components to customers' specifications.

Preferred Requirements:
* Proficiency in Drilling, Tapping, Deburring, and Machining
* Confident in using hand tools.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality components
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team
* A strong work ethic, with a solid work history would be a distinct advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
* Technical training or qualifications in engineering or a related field
* Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
