What will you be doing?
When a customer enters your store, they will experience that Vodafone feeling—welcomed, valued, and assisted by a friendly expert who can advise them on our products and services. As a leader, you will support and motivate an established team, demonstrating excellent coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. You should be numbers-focused, capable of driving sales through your team, and able to take a holistic view of the business.
