About this role:
As a Neonatologist with Intermountain Health, you will join a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
* Our team includes 3 Neonatologists, 5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, with established staff & allied health caregivers including RNs, Respiratory Therapists, PT/OT/Speech Therapists, Social Workers and more. As a team we are committed to continuous improvement and following best practice guidelines in neonatal care.
* You will practice at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. St. Mary's is home to a 24 bed Level III NICU. We have a large catchment area, accepting transfers from across western Colorado and eastern Utah.
* Shifts are taken in 24-hour increments.
* When on shift, you'll typically be in house during the day for interdisciplinary rounds, admits, discharges, etc., then may consult or come in after-hours as needed. Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are on site 24/7.
* You'll be paid an annual salary of $354,530.00, based on the expectation of working 121 shifts per year.
* Signing bonus of $30,000.00, relocation assistance up to $20,000.00.
* Eligible for up to $75,000.00 in student loan assistance.

What you'll bring:
* MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
* Board certified or boards eligible Neonatologist
* Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one
* U.S. ACGME Residency
* Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
* Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
