Ours and your vision will be to achieve positive outcomes, support children to overcome past trauma, regulate their emotions and fulfil their potential whilst supporting their independence to successfully transition in to adulthood.
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join a new team in opening a new home following the organisations expansion.
New Beginnings will support your continued professional development such as funding for Level 4 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
New Beginnings is a small company meaning you will be part of a committed team who go above and beyond in achieving positive outcomes for our children and not just be a number.
Duties:
* Provide direct support and care to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* Assist individuals with tasks, promoting independence and life skills.
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment for children to live and thrive in
* Work in partnership with multi-agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children is to an expectational standard.
* Provide a safe environment for the children and young people in our care ensuring safeguarding is paramount.
* Promote attainment in education and or alternative curriculum.
* Be inspirational, creative, motivated, and determined to achieve for children and young people.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts
