What kind of work will I do?

You will be responsible for enabling the firm to do business, while proactively managing risk to protect our clients, people, assets, and data. This apprenticeship enables you to experience different areas in risk and security within the business, enabling you to make an informed decision about your future career. This scheme is a rotational programme, with time spent gaining experience and understanding of key areas of the firm. These can include but is not limited to the following teams:

* Personal and Firm Independence: You'll learn about our regulations in relation to independence and support our people to comply with these.
* Deloitte Business and Security (DBS): Working with our DBS teams you will help protect the firm from security threats. You will learn about cyber security, data protection, crisis management, physical security, vetting and much more.

Joining on this programme, you'll be joining alongside another like-minded colleagues. At the start of your programme, you will be part of an induction programme where you will learn a multitude of skills to help you become ready and feel confident working with our clients. You will also receive continued professional development support via your People Leader, local rotation managers and your buddy who will be assigned to you. You'll be in a unique position whereby you'll work with lots of different teams and colleagues and get a well-rounded understanding of the QRS function, setting you up for an even brighter future beyond the programme.
