Field Support Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community management teams. We're currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Manager to join us in leading our supported living services in Cambridge. Our Field Support Managers will work alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of the people we support. They will lead a team to ensure that people gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of a team of Field Support Supervisors, running the service(s), developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions and appraisals, medication competencies and audits, attending multidisciplinary meetings, quarterly audits and reports, managing the service's P&L alongside the Registered Manager, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements, including relevant notifications and policy adherence. The manager will also take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the DCA in the absence of the Registered Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering the best support. They should have previous experience in a care management role, hold or be willing to study for a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.

Salary: £34,924 per annum plus care allowance. Must hold a UK driving license.
