As the first engineering hire at Kyber, you will build the real‑time AI decision‑making platform that orchestrates airport ground operations. You will develop fault‑tolerant agentic systems to replace manual spreadsheets and radio calls, owning technical direction while generating critical data to predict and prevent global aviation delays alongside ex‑F1 and Lufthansa founders.

The ideal candidate
* High‑agency developer with 2–3 years of experience at a rigorous company and a proven track record of shipping complex side projects
* Strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, and full‑stack real‑time software, with hands‑on experience deploying production agentic AI
* Fast‑moving builder with UK work authorization who thrives in high‑pressure environments and is eager to take on more responsibility than a traditional role allows
