Job Description
* Manage the CFOs diary, scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
* Manage a couple of directors diaries and book UK travel
* Process expenses on Microsoft 365
* Prepare and process expense reports and other financial documentation.
* Meet and greet clients
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CFO.
* Coordinate and distribute key meeting materials and take action points during meetings
* Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as required by the CFO.
* Maintain a well-organised filing system for confidential documents and correspondence.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative processes.
* Support ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the CFO.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA to CFO should have:
* Ability to start in August and commit to a years contract
* Supported at Director level
* Worked in a midsize organisation
* Used Microsoft packages
Whats on Offer
You will be rewarded with a daily rate of 190-210 per day. The growth could present other opportunities at the end of the contract.
