We are seeking a Unit Co-ordinator to support our Clinical team and ensure the smooth operation of our centre.
Position:
As an on-site Unit Co-ordinator for IPRS PFAS, you will work alongside clinical colleagues in a client-facing role to manage daily centre activities.
Main duties:
1. Monitoring and overseeing administrative tasks of the centre
2. Liaising regularly with clinical and non-clinical colleagues across UK locations
3. Managing client appointments
4. Greeting visitors politely and recording attendance in our bespoke databases
5. Documenting attendance in spreadsheets using Excel
6. Completing courtesy calls to claimants
Additional duties:
1. Monitoring and overseeing administrative tasks of the centre
2. Liaising with colleagues across UK locations
3. Managing client appointments
4. Greeting visitors and recording attendance
5. Updating diaries accurately
6. Collating weekly submissions
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs
* Training will be provided
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
* Customer service or reception experience, confident in dealing with the public, including difficult situations
* Experience in a clinical environment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Skills & Abilities:
* Good customer service and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably with experience in a clinical setting and knowledge of GDPR
Additional Information:
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Position: Full-time, permanent
Location: On-Site (Bury St Edmunds)
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
