Are you experienced in B2B order fulfilment and passionate about getting things right the first time? We're looking for a B2B Order Fulfilment Manager to lead our warehouse teams and ensure our wholesale and retail customers receive their orders on time, in full, and fully compliant with strict retailer requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, protecting the business from chargebacks, and building strong partnerships with some of the UK's biggest retailers.
This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of B2B/retail orders.
* Ensure all shipments meet retailer compliance standards (pallets, labelling, carton markings, barcoding, EDI, ASN accuracy).
* Plan and allocate workloads to keep orders on track and within SLA delivery windows.
* Troubleshoot issues with WMS/ERP systems, stock allocation, and EDI flows.
* Lead and motivate warehouse teams, training them on retailer-specific requirements.
* Track and report on key performance metrics such as accuracy, on-time dispatch, and chargeback levels.
* Analyse recurring issues and put corrective actions in place to prevent penalties.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment management (ideally 3PL or retail distribution).
* Strong understanding of retail compliance standards (Amazon Vendor, Tesco, Boots, Asda, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and EDI systems (e.g. ASNs, SSCC labels, GS1 barcodes).
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong team leadership and people management experience.
* Knowledge of health & safety and warehouse compliance procedures.
Preferred:
* 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in a 3PL or retail fulfilment environment.
* Experience reducing chargebacks/penalties in retail compliance.
* Forklift licence or experience managing MHE operations (desirable).
