What you’ll be doing
1. Defining and maintaining relevant ServiceNow engineering patterns and standards to deliver scalable, reusable system components with minimal customisation across BT.
2. Ensuring the highest engineering quality within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) by conducting regular code reviews, implementing rigorous testing protocols, and fostering a culture of precision and excellence among the engineering team.
3. Governing the platform's technical implementation, ensuring alignment and coordination across various deliveries from different federated delivery teams.
4. Assessing engineering requirements across value streams to identify necessary implementations in the service assurance space to achieve our service goals.
5. Leading the ServiceNow Engineering community across BT, driving collaboration, best practices, and continuous improvement beyond the CoE.
