This is a hands-on field service role where no two days are the same. You'll be installing, calibrating, and servicing high-end metrology equipment while providing first-class customer support and technical expertise. What you'll do: * Install, calibrate and service advanced tool presetting and inspection machines. * Respond to breakdowns and provide remote or on-site support. * Manage your own schedule, plan site visits, and document all work accurately. * Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Identify process improvements and contribute to service efficiency. What you'll need: * Background in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering. * Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support. * Confidence in diagnosing and resolving faults independently. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide. * Self-motivated and well-organised approach to work.
