This role will be mainly covering clients, warehouses, offices and retail premises right across the UK. Dealing with various commercial and domestic heating systems boilers, burners, warm air heaters etc. More specifically:\n * Carry out annual services and scheduled maintenance visits to a high standard in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.\n * Completion of the required Gas Safety Certificates and/or any other relevant documents upon completion of any works.\n * Installation of new Heating and Hot Water systems.\n * Troubleshoot, Diagnose, identify, and rectify faults to equipment and systems to a variety of different manufacturers makes and types of equipment.\n * Identifying parts and materials with suppliers and contacting manufacturers to query technical faults, warranties etc.\n * Attend to maintenance and reactive calls to plumbing jobs as may be required.\n * Be an excellent communicator Have a high level of customer service and build rapport with customers whilst representing the company to the best of your ability.\n * Attend scheduled Training courses when necessary to ensure all skills and qualifications are up to date and to maintain H&S requirements and safe working practices.\nYou will have\nTo be successful as a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will have the essential Commercial ACS certifications and a good track record in the field.\n * Candidates must be Gas Safety Registered/ Commercial Gas safe registered\n * Have a clean Valid UK driver’s license.\n * Have Commercial Gas qualifications, domestic gas qualifications desirable.\n * Experience with air handling/ventilation systems.\n * IPAF/ PASMA are required for servicing high level warehouse gas radiant heaters.\n * Be highly motivated and keen to always work to highest standard\n * Have good communication skills, oral and written skills\n * Be available to work away occasionally to complete required service visits.\n * Expected to be on the on-call rota covering both nights and weekends (call out fees and premium rates of pay apply).\nMust have the following qualifications:\nCOCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1 and TPCP1A, CCN1, CEN1, CPA1,\nYou will get\nAs a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will enjoy a competitive pay at £20.90PH ~ £40,755K PA base salary and an estimated total earnings with overtime of £45K-£55K annually.\n * Pay Rate £20.90 per hour\n * 37.5 Hours per week guaranteed (£40,755 P.A.)\n * Potential earnings with O/T £45k to 55k\n * Normal working core hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 – (30 Mins Lunch unpaid)\n * Overtime as available (Daily hours in excess of 7.5 paid at time and a half)\n * Working time door to door\n * Callout Standby Rota - £10.00 per day - Standby 1 week in 7\n * Company Van and Fuel Card\n * Lodge Cards (Premier Inn & Travelodge)\n * Company Mobile Phone / PDA\n * 24 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holidays\n * Pension\nYou can apply\nTo the position of Commercial Gas Engineer by pushing the button on this job posting, or by sending your CV in confidence to (url removed)\nUK_MS
