We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate. Working hours:
1. Full Time or Part Time
2. Home-based working role.
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
3. Basic salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
4. 10% Commission on personal net billings
5. OTE of £70,000 - £80,000

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
13. Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications
14. Strong track record in Surveying
15. Registered Valuer Status
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including:
16. Level 2 Surveys
17. Level 3 Surveys
18. Red Book Valuations
19. Bespoke Building Surveys
20. Private and Panel work
21. Liaising with centralised hub regarding appointments
22. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
