What you'll be doing:
Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial team by managing a range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with cost management and analysis of project performance
* Assist with the month-end management accounts
* Maintain detailed records of Client Purchase Orders, applications for payment, and invoices
* Raise and submit sales invoices
* Coordinate sales ledger queries
* Compile project handover pack and issue to Project Managers
* Attend project handover meetings and take minutes
* Upload documents to the Portal and internal systems
* Set up CVR templates for each new job
* Input and process weekly timesheet data for submission
Who we're looking for:
To be successful, you will have:
* Strong IT skills, especially MS Word and Excel
* Previous administration experience
* Previous data entry experience and strong numerical skills
* A good communicator, able to deal confidently with a variety of people face-to-face, in writing, and on the telephone
* Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
