We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our RISCAuthority department as a Membership Administrator. In this role you will provide administrative support to the RISCAuthority Team in the day-to-day operation of the RISCAuthority Insurer Membership Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to RISCAuthority
* Working collaboratively with the RISCAuthority Research Administrator
* Attend RISCAuthority Working Group meetings and produce minutes accordingly
* Support with the administration of day-to-day enquiries relating to RISCAuthority business
* Administer all RISCAuthority Membership matters, including maintenance of the Gold Vision system
* Maintain and develop effective working relationships with RISCAuthority members
* Hand over planned webinars to the Marketing team and support CPD accreditation processes
* Support the Systems Developer through administrative oversight of RISCAuthority toolkits, including upkeep and records
* Process invoice payments and purchase order requests as required
* Support with the administration to the RISCAuthority Quality system, including document control, process oversight, and handling of complaints and positive feedback
* Provide administrative support to the wider team as required

Essential
* 5 or more GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including English and Maths
