The Role of Area Sales Manager - Social Housing
* This is a field / home based role covering South Yorkshire & parts of the North West.
* This Area Sales Manager vacancy sits within our clients social housing division.
* As Area Sales Manager, you will sell a leading range of HVAC construction products targeting and managing existing relationships with residential social housing and local authority providers tracking projects projects.
* The incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from inheriting strong and longstanding pre-existing relationships with social housing providers and local authorities. Therefore, there will be a mix of account management and business development. This varied role will see you dealing with decision makers at all levels such as Asset Managers, Electrical Manager, Repair & Maintenance Teams and Building Service Managers etc.
* As Area Sales Manager, you will undertake site surveys - this is a varied role - full training, support and coaching is provided

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager role
