Role Overview:
1. Lead and manage a team of up to eight staff, delivering accounts preparation, tax compliance, VAT, payroll, bookkeeping and advisory services
2. Oversee workflow allocation, capacity planning, KPI setting, 1 to 1s and appraisals
3. Budget setting, driving productivity and recoverability across the team
4. Review financial statements and outputs to maintain quality, compliance and accuracy together with assisting in billable work where necessary
