About the Role
Join to apply for the Branch Manager role at MAN Truck & Bus UK in Sheffield. We are recruiting for a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will strategically manage and develop all aspects of an MAN Branch, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency, to ensure profitability. You will maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers, promote learning, share ideas, and reward staff appropriately.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in retail sales & service at a senior level.
* Previous success with team management or supervision of at least 20 staff across several disciplines.
* Detailed knowledge of the truck industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales.
* Understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow and standard business metrics.
