CPL are currently partnering with a leading independent managed service provider as we seek to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities;
* Drive dynamic lead generation
* Exceed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual KPIs by closing impactful deals.
* Deliver concise weekly and monthly reports on sales forecasts, pipeline, and activity.
* Engage in direct selling across diverse product sets, aligning with the Head of Sales' vision.
* Negotiate commercial terms and secure multi-year agreements.
* Cultivate and expand accounts for ongoing growth and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Sales Operations to navigate the sales process and liaise with stakeholders.
* Develop a competitive understanding of clients, staying ahead of industry trends.
* Expand the customer base daily through proactive efforts.
* Embrace flexibility, taking on additional duties as needed.
What we are looking for;
* Ideally you will demonstrate 3+ years B2B Sales experience within IT or telecoms.
* Customer centric with direct experience in customer interactions.
* Demonstrated capability to initiate lead generation from scratch.
* Results-driven and outcome-oriented professional.
* Innately intuitive, motivated, and driven to tackle tasks efficiently.
* Proven ability to adapt flexibly in a complex and dynamic work environment.
* Effective time management skills.
* Skilled in collaborating with key stakeholders (service delivery, product, and pre-sales solutions) to accomplish tasks.
