Our client is a reputable law firm with offices across London. We are recruiting for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support their busy operations team.
This role is based in their West London offices, offering excellent transport links and amenities.
Candidates should have previous office administration experience and strong IT skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support directors and team with administrative tasks
* Assist with legal administration and document preparation
* Handle incoming calls and emails
* Manage archiving and file organization, ensuring compliance
* Book meetings
* Assist with office management, procurement, and liaising with suppliers
Key Requirements:
* Organized, proactive, with attention to detail
* Good communication skills and team-player attitude
* 1-2 years administration experience
* Legal sector experience is a plus
