PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR / CO-ORD – FULL TIME – PERMANENT – UPTO £27,000 – MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE
Forrest Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a well established and long standing company, who are on the look out for a property administrator/coordinator to join their team.
Based in their gorgeous modern offices in the buzz of the city centre which is surrounded by great transport links, you’ll be joining an outgoing team and supporting with all property administration including:
1. Recording maintenance logs
2. Managing tenant phone calls and emails
3. Adhering to data protection, GDPR and heath and safety policies
4. Scheduling works
5. POC for building repair and maintenance works
6. Managing records and system data bases
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested within the property world and wants to work for a well established practice. You’ll ideally have property experience or at least 1 years experience within administration. You’ll be organised, confident on the phone and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
