Skills/Experience/Responsibilities Have experience overseeing all repairs, maintenance, and compliance within a Local Authority/Housing Association & previously implemented robust statutory compliance processes. Review the Stock Condition Survey Data and draft up a 30-year business plan for corporate/commercial assets. Previously managed Building Services, Garages and Asset Data Teams. Ability to make unilateral decisions. Key Details Contract length : 6 Months. Rate : Negotiable DOE. IR35 Status : Inside. Working Pattern : Hybrid 2/3-day split.
