Honeycomb is working with a luxury hospitality provider to recruit an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end establishment that prioritizes customer experience. The business is located in a prime Belfast location, with a focus on exceptional standards.
The Operations Coordinator role involves customer service, administration, and operational responsibilities. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, update bookings, advise guests, and collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness. Experience in hospitality, particularly in residential or hotel settings, is preferred. Candidates from restaurant or tourism backgrounds will also be considered.
The salary for this position is £35,000 per annum. The role requires flexible working hours, including shifts from 9-5, 12-8, and 1-9 across various days.
