The Role
* Manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters.
* Deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes.
* Collaborate with senior specialists while mentoring junior colleagues.
* Progress cases efficiently, from investigation to settlement/litigation where required.
The Candidate
* 2-8+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in Clinical Negligence.
* Strong case management, drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Commercial awareness with excellent client care.
* Supportive team player with mentoring ability.
