The Director of a young Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with him as the business expands. The Senior Quantity Surveyors role Working together with the Director, but at times independently, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading their own projects and carrying out a QS / Project Management role. Work wise, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on an office conversion, new build residential apartments, and an airspace development.
