Auxillias Limited is looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised executive assistant / personal assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO and COO, 2-3 days per week.
This is a trusted, hands‑on role combining classic PA duties with project coordination, reporting and business support responsibilities. You will work closely with the CEO and COO on a daily basis and also support consultants across the business where needed. You will report directly to the CEO.
This is a hybrid role. You will need to be within commuting distance of Cheltenham, as you will be expected to work in person alongside the CEO when she is on site, typically two days per week, depending on business needs.
Auxillias is a small but fast‑growing legal and compliance firm specialising in motor, asset and consumer finance. We value people as much as performance. We offer a friendly, flexible working environment where your contribution matters.
Immediate start preferred, but we will consider candidates with a short notice period.
This will begin as a self‑employed freelance/contractor role, with a view to potentially moving to a permanent basis in the medium‑term.
Duties include
* Providing high‑level PA support to CEO/COO
* Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
* Organising team away days and client meetings
* Preparing, amending and formatting legal documentation, reports and PowerPoint presentations
* Supporting internal reporting and MI preparation
* Assisting with billing, file management and compliance procedures
* Project management
* Supporting business development activity, including client follow‑ups, maintaining contact lists and helping with marketing initiatives
* Providing general administrative support across the team
Skills necessary for the role
* Previous experience in a PA, EA or senior administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* First‑class organisational and communication skills
* Confidence using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Discretion, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Flexibility as there are no specific fixed office or homeworking days
Hours
* 2-3 days per week (full working days, but could be spread out over 4 or 5 days if desired)
* Hybrid working, with regular in‑person working in Cheltenham (typically two days a week)
A Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for the successful candidate and all offers are subject to satisfactory pre‑employment screening.
