Responsibilities
* Support teams in understanding, documenting, and applying Acturis security, compliance, and software practices.
* Design and implement secure systems, processes, and training materials.
* Use data insights to spot risks and trends.
* Tackle complex technical problems with a structured, logical approach to strengthen overall platform security.
* Lead projects, manage resources, and mentor junior team members where opportunities arise.
Next Steps & Onboarding
* Intensive onboarding, industry‑recognised training, and funded specialist courses.
* Three formal performance reviews per year.
Qualifications
* 2:1+ in a STEM degree and strong A‑levels (AAB minimum, including an A in Maths).
* Logical, analytical, organised, and quick to learn new concepts.
* Confidence in communication and a collaborative team‑oriented mindset.
