The Northern Health and Social Care Trust is seeking a Finance Officer (Financial Accounts) to support the day-to-day operations of the Financial Accounts team. The successful candidate will assist in managing Charitable Trust Funds, Patients Private Property, petty cash, receipts, and payments, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with Trust policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain petty cash and catering floats, ensuring accurate records and cash control. Process and verify remittance advice, receipts, and payments. Assist with reconciliation and reporting for Charitable Trust Funds and Patients Property. Liaise with internal departments and external bodies regarding client financial matters. Support financial audits, reporting, and system improvements. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 1 years relevant finance experience OR AS Level (QCF Level 3) in a Business/Finance subject (or equivalent). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Full UK driving licence and access to transport (reasonable adjustments considered).
