As a time served welder, you will be part of our growing team of skilled welders within our engineering workshop which is producing a variety of components for our adaptations. You will be required to TIG (+some MIG) weld components, batches, and one-off production items as part of the production process. This will include welding on jigs, following product specific weld procedures and completing production documents.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work with high levels of accuracy whilst ensuring deadlines are met. You will need to communicate well with your Manager, members of your team, and other departments within the business.
Required Skills:
Time served in TIG and MIG welding
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to read written and pictorial instructions
Able to manage workload and work to timescales

A reliable and dependable team player
Proactive with a good attitude to work
Takes responsibility for their work and work area
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am-4.00pm
Starting Salary: from £29,000
