The Atlantic Hotel & Ocean restaurant is one of Jersey's leading hotels. Located in St Brelade with spectacular views over St Ouen's Bay we are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Bartender. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with at least 1 year's experience working behind the bar in a luxury environment, with experience of making cocktails and a good knowledge of drinks and alcohol procedures.
