Role Description
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role as an HR Advisor based on-site in Dronfield. As an HR Advisor, you will provide guidance and support on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices. Key responsibilities include managing HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, maintaining HR records, contributing to the development of HR strategies, and supporting recruitment processes. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
* Knowledge of HR Policies and their application in corporate settings
* Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its incorporation in workplace practices
* Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Experience in a similar HR advisory role
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
