Our client is seeking an experienced Service & Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. Job type: Full-time, permanent Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum Location: Hastings Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break) Holiday entitlement: 22 days plus UK statutory Bank Holidays, increasing with service Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, installation support, fault-finding, and rectification work across a range of technical systems in line with recognised industry and company standards. Complete clear and accurate reports following all site visits. Participate in standby duties as part of a structured team rota. Work across domestic and commercial sites, adapting to varying client requirements. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a technical service and maintenance role. Experience working in industrial, commercial, and domestic environments. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently. Experience working with a range of manufacturers’ equipment and multi-system environments. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and external organisations. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently when required. Full UK driving licence.
