Administrator - temporary Role Overview: The CAFM Systems Administrator will support the effective management of facilities operations by maintaining and optimising the CAFM platform. This role ensures accurate data entry, system integrity, and efficient reporting to support decision-making across the facilities team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update CAFM system data including assets, locations, work orders, and service requests Generate and distribute reports on maintenance schedules, compliance, and performance metrics Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely resolution of tasks logged in the system Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to IT or software providers Assist in audits and ensure data accuracy for statutory compliance Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience using CAFM platforms (e.g., Planon, Archibus, Concept Evolution, or similar) Strong administrative and data management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to work independently Desirable: Knowledge of facilities management processes and compliance standards Experience in reporting and dashboard creation This a temp assignment for a minimum of a month to cover sickness. £15- £16.00 an hour You will need to be a British National and SC cleared due to site restrictions What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
